Ariella has been in private practice since 2008. Her goal is to help her patients find natural, safe, and effective solutions for their health concerns. Before working as an acupuncturist, Ariella worked in Community Health & International Development. After completing five years of study in acupuncture and Chinese medicine at the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto, she pursued post-graduate training and mentorship with expert practitioners and renowned teachers including: Kiiko Matsumoto – Japanese Acupuncture; Lorie Eve Dechar – Alchemical Acupuncture; and Debra Betts – Obstetric Acupuncture.
With ongoing training and clinical experience, she developed expertise working in the fields of women’s health, pregnancy care, and mental-emotional health. She has worked as an instructor and clinical supervisor at both the Institute of Traditional Medicine and Eight Branches Academy. She recently completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at York University, and is excited to combine her expertise in Chinese medicine and community health.
