Classes
Eight Branches Healing Arts Centre contains a 700 square foot, ambient studio that hosts a variety of martial arts and exercise classes. These classes emphasize mind-body awareness.
Programs
The Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine offers students a comprehensive education with a firm foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine.



Tai Chi (Taiji Quan) is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defence training and its health benefits. It is graceful, relaxed, slow and fluid, like a slow-motion dance. Unlike other practices that exercise specific systems or parts of the body - nervous system, endocrine system, heart, kidneys - Taiji Quan is a whole body, whole mind exercise. It treats health systemically. It helps to restore the body to its original "program", one that is uncorrupted by stress, pollution and disease.
