Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine fosters a unique learning environment for individuals dedicated to the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Eastern Medicine (EM). We provide highly-specialized and intensive training that prepares our graduates for the practical realm. Therefore, we welcome prospective students who demonstrate a keen interest and serious commitment to developing a career in Eastern Medicine. Applicants must demonstrate a mature attitude and readiness to embrace the work required in order to achieve the level of proficiency necessary to be successful in this field.

Prospective students are invited to download the following Application Form and submit it by mail to: The form can also be obtained by calling the registration office, or in person if a tour of the facility is desired. The application procedure consists of the following: ● submission of properly-completed application form, along with official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended, sent directly from the institution; Prospective students whose primary language is not English must also submit as a TOEFL exam in which they received a passing grade, and demonstrate satisfactory written/oral comprehension of English.
Applications are due thirty days prior to the commencement of term. Students are encouraged to apply early as space is limited. Late applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Fees: Fees for the diploma programs are structured on a by-credit basis; each credit costs $120 for full-time study, $160 for part-time study. One credit is equivalent to 4 hours of study. The total cost for each Certificate course is $5000. *Please note that fees for internships in China are not included in the above fees. All fees are subject to the HST. Eight Branches strives to accommodate all students who demonstrate a desire to study at our facility. To this effect we have structured a program that offers substantial academic value at a comparatively low cost. Those students in need of financial aid are invited to contact our registration office to discuss payment options. |
